Basket Bush grows by the coast, by the Swan estuary and on Perth’s offshore islands. When exposed to salty sea winds, it will keep low and spread out, whereas if protected by Tuart trees, it can grow 4-5 m tall. Abundant tiny flowers are produced in winter.
